“Finish-work dinner at telepon with my roommate @ kelana jaya”
At 23th January 2009 which is Friday hence the last working day before Chinewe New Year. Well, i know that my company perhaps dunno the culture for chinese which having a “Finish-work” dinner before Chinese New Year, so i didn’t request or ask from my managers or directors. Me and my roommate, Sean decided to go telepon for our “Finish-work” dinner at telepon which near to our place at kelana jaya( just opposite kelana jaya LRT station).
I think lots of people eaten this bbq steamboat before but still i wanna intro it to you all. Well, it comes with a small little metal container with some soup inside. The container is surrounded with a metal plate which covered with aluminum wrapper for BBQ purposes.
Is time to grab some raw meat and vege for the dinner. The food corner is separated into 2 sections which is BBQ and Steam food section. This is the section for Steam.
This is BBQ section which all the meats including beef, chicken, fish, lala and etc are added with nice seasonings.
The better is well prepare for the customers and the outlook is cute!..^^
First thing first, we started our dinner with BBQ dishes first, sean is taking some butter and prepare for the BBQ foundation.
While waiting the butter melt and boil, both of us still calculating whether can finish up all the food we took. Because they will charge you a RM5 for wastage of each 100gram.
Before makan, i learned this tips from a steamboat specialist that taught us on how to utilize the egg during steamboat time! You need a small bowl + Cili padi + soya souce + egg. Mix them really well and this is the correct way of having the egg for steamboat, but not cook it as a boil egg..^^
All the foods are cooked and is ready to be serve. Seriously, both of us really ignore the steamboat and focusing just on the BBQ..haha..cause is more delicious compare with steamboat..^^
This is seasoning pork, i accidentally over cooked the pork and the meat become really solid..damn..= =
This is black pepper chicken, my favorite dishes and i really eat a lot on that day.
You can even cook lala too, but accidentally over cook the lala again and become Rock-Lala…= =
Sean just eating non-stop and keep thinking of what to take later after finish the whole set of food.
You can see that the aluminum paper having lots of stain on it and charred. Can’t see it clearly, scroll down to the next photo.
Hahahaha…it is really charred and can you imagine if you are eating those thingy?…hohoho..
